Welcome on my homepage. My name is Gergely Bajcsay JD Attorney at law and I am admitted to the Budapest Bar Association.
I passed my legal studies at Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem Jog- és Államtudományi Kar in 2009. During my ten years professional career I gained widespread knowledge in various fields at leading market members.
Prior my own Attorney at law activates I worked for a Law Firm that provided the Legal Department’s services to the Leading Hungarian Commercial Television and after this I joined a worldwide successful leading Hungarian IT Company Group’s Legal Department as an In-House Counsel. Leaving the company group I joined the pharmaceutical industry, specialised for clinical trials and thus I joined affiliates of worldwide leading top CRO companies’. I was enrolled in Contract Manager positions responsible for dealing with drafting, negotiating and supervising executions of contracts of service providers, Hospitals, Medical Doctors not only in Hungary, but in United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, and South Africa.

We can draft the agreements both in English and in Hungarian. 5. Claim management
We support you to settle your legal disputes amicably however in case it is not possible we represent you in the course of process of payment notices, payment order, liquidation or bankruptcy procedure. In case you require representation before court regarding your complex case I involve external expertise specialized for court litigation.
6. Foundations, Associations, Sport clubs
Our services include the representation of Foundations. Associations, Sport clubs. We support you in the course of establishing such entities, drafting the bylaws or any further internal articles.
7. Immigration and Citizenship
We can provide legal services in relation to legal visit, stay, or residency for Citizens from EEA or third countries. In my point view it is important to support the upcoming generations including the youtubers, s-sport players and artist thus my office books an indicated number of hours each month for providing those talented ones with pro bono legal service in order to help them focusing on their talent and avoiding any wrong step in the world of law arisen from their lack of knowledge in this certain field.
